Nuage Disaster Recovery Services are implemented with expert guidance by Intelerad’s services team, utilizing the latest in redundancy best practices and risk assessments. Nuage is supported and managed by Intelerad’s infrastructure and PACS engineers, with 24/7 monitoring and proactive alerts to information technology (IT) departments of any infrastructure failures.
“We designed Nuage around strategically located data centers that are rated to 99.999% up-time, which gives IT teams peace of mind while safely minimizing costs,” said Mr. Rubin. “Furthermore, given the service’s scalability, not only are customers provided a reliable infrastructure, but they’re able to dynamically expand their use of the service as their practice and data volumes grow unpredictably.”
