FUJIFILM Completes Acquisition of Image Archiving Company

FUJIFILM Medical Systems USA (Stamford, CT, USA), a leading provider of diagnostic imaging products and medical informatics solutions, has announced the completion of its acquisition of TeraMedica (Milwaukee, WI, USA), a leading global provider of vendor neutral, enterprise solutions.

TeraMedica received the 2015 award for Vendor Neutral Archive (VNA)/Image Archive KLAS Category Leader in the Best in KLAS Report. The VNA enables image content sharing across hospital departments from disparate healthcare IT applications using the latest centralized archiving technologies. VNA technology helps healthcare enterprises achieve fully integrated patient-centric healthcare across multiple healthcare applications, IT systems, and providers.
