Esaote Presents Latest Ultrasound Technologies and AI-based Solutions at ECR

Esaote (Genoa, Italy) presented its latest ultrasound technologies and artificial intelligence (AI)-based healthcare IT solutions at the 2019 European Congress of Radiology held from February 27 through March 3, in Vienna, Austria.

At ECR 2019, Esaote highlighted its new O-scan Premium extremity MRI system for sites that require high throughput, improved workflow and advanced applications. Powered by the eXP technology, the O-scan Premium offers exceptional image quality, patient throughput, optimized workflow and faster scan times in both private practice, clinics and hospital setting, specifically targeted to orthopedic surgeons, radiologists, and rheumatologists.

Esaote also showcased the G-scan Brio, a completely renewed weight-bearing MRI system featuring a new look, new ergonomics and new acquisition techniques. G-scan Brio offers a revolutionary MRI approach that increases diagnostic accuracy and confidence for musculoskeletal applications. Additionally, the company presented the S-scan musculoskeletal MRI system with eXP Technology that covers all musculoskeletal anatomy from foot to shoulders, including the L and C-spine.

Esaote also promoted its range of healthcare IT solutions designed to improve sensitivity in diagnosis. The company’s healthcare IT solutions use AI to help professionals increase their confidence, by facilitating decision-making and favoring dialogue. Esaote’s healthcare IT solutions focus on workflow optimization through reading priority, natural language processing for structured reporting and image classification, data analytics and improved management of findings.
