Carestream Health, Inc.(Rochester, NY, USA) introduced the new radiographic table for use with its Kodak Directview digital radiography systems. It is lightweight, easy to adjust, and offers even more flexible patient positioning. This versatile table can also be used for computed radiography and film-based procedures. It is available immediately in Canada, Europe, and the United States, as well as most Arab, Asian, and Pacific Rim countries.
Other key features include pedals for both up and down movement; brakes on every wheel offer greater stability and patient safety; simultaneously break set and release with a foot pedal; complete length of tabletop (212 cm) can be X-rayed; and one-step bar for float release.
