Philips Enlarges Its Imaging Equipment Capabilities with AllParts Medical Acquisition

Royal Philips Electronics (Philips; Amsterdam, The Netherlands) announced that it has acquired AllParts Medical (Nashville, TN, USA), a privately owned imaging equipment, and training provider. The acquisition will enable Philips to expand its service parts, training programs and technical support for the imaging markets, complementing its existing services.

“Philips’ Customer Services aims to support the operational performance goals of healthcare organizations,” said Greg Sebasky, general manager Customer Services, Philips Healthcare. “We work together with our customers to help improve healthcare delivery and optimize the economic value of their imaging equipment. The expertise of AllParts Medical expands our ability to provide tailored service offerings and to enhance the lifecycle management of our customers' imaging equipment.”
