GE Healthcare Recognized as Best in PET System Service

GE Healthcare (Chalfont St. Giles, UK) announced that it was again rated first in overall service performance among vendors for positron emission tomography (PET) and PET/computed tomography (CT) service, according to IMV Serviceteam (Greenbelt, MD, USA), an independent third-party research firm. GE ranked first in 26 of 34 categories and exceeded industry averages in numerous categories, including top honors for overall service performance and probability to repurchase. Also of note was GE's top ranking for product reliability in the product development cycle, manufacturer performance, competence, remote service, parts availability, and service follow-up.
